Church Administrator- Part Time Position
3 days a week(Tues/Wed/Thur) 10am-2pm, church meetings and occasionally Sunday mornings

Role and Responsibilities

The Church Administrator has the responsibility of handling the day-to-day administrative activities, such as support to the pastor and members of the congregation, as well as the community.  This position is the first contact for people calling the church.

Preferred Skills

The Church Administrator must have:

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software.
  • Ability to learn new programs and software.
